Make and apply, not sit and listen

Teachers do not simply hear about good practice. Through the programme they build their own classroom resources, lesson plans, teaching aids, observation formats and learning materials, with Coral trainers guiding, giving feedback and mentoring throughout.

Every participant finishes with a portfolio of resources they can use on Monday morning — and the practical experience of having made them.

Sessions are delivered online and live: interactive workshops, discussion, live demonstrations, collaborative tasks and guided assignments.
